So does that override a patients needs? What if my medical needs require more than what 100sq ft can yield?
You can legally keep everything you grow in the 100 square foot space. You could easily grow at least 5 huge trees outdoors and indoors several pounds every couple of months. Your inside veg room and flower rooms can be 100 square feet each I believe.

So you would suggest that he grows O cannabis plants. That is our ridiculous federal limit. They don't even acknowledge that is medicine.

I see. That is sound advice. 99 seems like a good number.
These big guys have all kinds of legal protection and capital that most patients don't. So staying under 100 is generally in the best interest of said patients. There are always exceptions.
