That's why it's pretty important to chose the right doctor. The point is whatever argument you have in conjunction with your doctor to support that amount, severe spine problems and using edibles would come to mind immediately. But realize once you waver from the 6/12 or whatever is setup in your county you may have to make an argument. That's usually expensive and uncomfortable and always requires a criminal defense attorney.

Even if you have your rec for that limit if you're gonna run that I'd treat it like it was totally illegal, sealed basement room anti flir mylar carbon filter exhaust the whole 9 yards. when you grow literally no one should know but you

I wouldn't go over the 99 limit. I think anything more than that and there is a minimum mandatory sentence. As far as holding weight, the pigs will try there hardest to take your shit even if you have a rec. If you are just riding out with hella pounds and think your rec is going to save your ass, think again.

That amount must be justified for your medical use in court if it comes down to it. So assuming you can explain how you need 99 plants and 4 pounds to treat your medical condition at all times in court with a doctor backing you up, you can do so... if that's not the case, you may want to stick to 12 immature, 6 mature, 8 oz, an amount which will not land you in court. No, growing 99 plants so you can sell the excess to dispensaries is not considered caretaking or medical need. :) Also check the local laws where you are at, every county/city has different rules affecting the limits.

So basically grow like it's 1995!

Sometimes I wonder why anyone bothers giving advice on lame questions like this. "How many illegal plants can I grow before I get in trouble?" I don't know genius... maybe none.
