8" Inline Fan-Wiring problem.. Need Help

Alright, so I picked up an 8" Elicent Inline fan but it had no wire with it. I was going to wire in a plug but there are 4 wires inside the box. Starting from left to right there is;

White wire - Going to a white cylinder capacitor looking thing and a wire leading to motor from that.

Black wire - Leads to motor, there is another wire that looks like its used to jump to one of the next two wires.

Blue wire - Goes straight to Motor

Yellow wire with Green strip - Goes straight to Motor

Does anyone recognize this or think they could give me an idea of how to wire this shit up? I would think most of these inline fans would be similar and maybe someone has had to replace their wire or peeked into their box?? Please any help is much appreciated!

btw here is a picture of the connections to help with the visual.. I'm not an electrician but I have wired plenty of other things up... this though has me stumped- I feel like I am missing something... Anyone? -Thanks

Yea, give me a little while and I will try to reply back later tonight. I am cutting down the other half of my plant and while I'm in the grow rooms I'll check snap a pic for ya.
