8” booster fan

I have a 4x8 tent with an ac infinity cloudline t8. The 8” passive intake from my lung room isn’t cutting it. Figure I need a booster fan. Is there anything out there that works with the infinity so that they turn on at the same time?

I’m running the T8 at a speed of 6/10 and it’s sucking in the walls hard. Hopefully the S8 makes a big dif. Should arrive tomorrow and will have it installed in a cpl days. Remind me to update if I forget.

I'll be curious to hear how it works for you. It's tempting. I run Can Fan Max but I'm a sucker for technology LOL
I just picked up one of their T8’s and some dampers. I sware to god, nobody else has 6 or 8” backdraft dampers right now. These ones from Ac infinity seem very good quality wise, showed up fast too.
The fan is just going to be used to evacuate the hot air from my daughters garage, not in her growroom i’m building her lol.
Would be cool to know if their charcoal filters are worth a shit but i wasn’t gonna have my daughters grow be the guinea pig on that one.

I run the T8 and filter, the filter does the job it’s supposed to do.

Thanks. Just ordered it.
Can you tell me how the humidity control works with this fan? I'm reviewing the information and it says there's one sensor and it only talks about temperature when it's talking about the sensor.

Do you get high and low set points and can you control the fan on specific humidity levels as well as temperature?

Right now I have to have a totally different evacuation fan for humidity based on the fact that my exhaust is set on the temperature plug of my controller. I'd like that exhaust to be triggered on either temperature or humidity but I can't do it with my current controller setup.

On the other hand, I'd hate to be locked into a single vendor device that did not allow me to just plug stuff into an extension cord. Don't like vendor lock in.

This is a exhausting fan. Get a dehu if you want humidity control

My typical humidity outside the tent is 25 goddamn percent. The vast majority of the time I have an ultrasonic humidifier going on inside the tent.

I have lights out spike that I want to control. A simple exhaust would do it.

I have no desire to add yet another device, more heat, more maintenance, more space in tent for this goal. On the other hand I don't want to hang out for 20 minutes adjusting fans.

But no, not time for a dehumidifier, not yet.

My answer stays the same as above. You want control and not risk mold and mildew, do it proper.

best of luck

I thank you for your concern.

If you take a look you'll see I have living constraint conditions and I have a tent jam packed about to produce anywhere from 6 to 20 oz and I'll get to keep one or two and I'll be giving the rest away.

I have a tiny area to work with, no budget to spend, and I have no idea if I'll even be moving this tent in a small package. Might not be able to grow for the next 10 years. I'm not putting another dime into it.

Autopilot. Pay close attention to the plants, but unless imminent disaster, autopilot.

Yes the T8 allows you to set temp and humidity parameters where the S8 has only speed variables.

I'm not used to a warm dry climate so I could be overlooking something...
I don't think I'd need a dehumidifier with your 25% climate, I've not seen below 85% for weeks, 94% yesterday and I still manged 60% not ideal but it's all I can do with 90%+ 25% would make it a breeze.
