so i have 7 plants vegging in 1gal pots ready for transplant and ready for flowering. im gonna move them into my flower room that i just finished harvesting, but after this harvest i realize that 7 plants in 5 gals under the 1000w is just way too much. i did a lot of topping and supercropping so there very bushy and still short. I was wondering if I should just move them into 3 gals or leave them in 1 gals which i dont want to because they seem rootbound. I also wanted to know if getting taller slimmer pots as opposed to shorter and wider would make them not bush out and stretch upwards during flowering. Any advice would be much appreciated

i would transplant, and normally people should transplant about a week before flipping into flower.

7, 5 gallon buckets will easily fit under a 1000watt light. If the plants are too big (are they actually too big? a 1000watt light can do damn near 25sq/ft, and you have the option of hanging it vertically and putting the plants in a circle around it), put them in 5 gallon buckets and get another light. Lights aren't free, but either is weed.

Thanks for all the advice, there Decently big Im gonna have to say there Prob in a 25sq/ft canopy right now very close together, I did a lot o topping and super cropping and kept them in 1gals to keep them kinda small cause I had to wait for my flowering room to open up, but all of thes just cause them to bush out. Are there any techniques anyone knows that I could use now to try and train them to grow taller and not bushier?
