It just looked more healthy 2 days ago now the leaves r curling upwards so i raised the light and transplanted into 5 gal smart pots

Fox Farms Ocean Forrest? idk don't use..but doesn't that have added Nutes? idk? just guessing and when You've watered those Nutes are Activated? Clear Plastic Cups not a great idea..just mho..is that Perlite and is it turning Green or is it the Photograph? How old was She when You Transplanted...

I jus transplanted into the smart pots and i thought it was too hot idk what to do.. And yes the perlite did turn greenish idk y.. do u have a answer for that? and they r 7 days old today .. (well 7 days in soil)

I've started seedlings in ffof with no prob. But a bag of light warrior will last many grows.

Sometimes the problem is simply a defective seed. One of my purple hazes is was like this and a few others in the past, but it never grew out of the deformity and I grow in nothing but ffof.
It's half the size of my other purple haze, leaves still funky looking, and it started if like urs, looking all dried up and shit, but sometimes they grow out of it, sometimes not

So pretty much it turned into a runt? U think the same thing will happen to me?

Not necessarily, the only way to tell is to run it and find out. I don't think the PH is going to grow out of it...they are both on their 10th set of leaves now and all the leaf tips still deformed on new growth coming in.
You can see one is twice the size in identical conditions.
I also had 1 out of 4 THC Bombs that looked similar to yours (the picture I think was taken at two weeks), https://www.rollitup.org/attachments/image-jpg.3201174/ lost it's growing tip naturally at the first set of leaves...u can imagine it took forever for branching to start at the first node, but when it did the leaves had a cabbage effect but eventually grew out of it, but still only wound up finishing at 2 feet while the other 3 were 6 foot monsters. But the clones I took from the mutant finished over 7 feet lst'd to the max. So basically it's a crap shoot as the cause which will eventually determine the final outcome. If it's a genetic distortion of some sort then I believe it will be permanent. If it is just some sort of injury or underdevelopment of the embryo in the seed, then if it survives then I believe it will likely grow out of it.

Awe man I'm boutta just buy some more seeds n start over cuz i don't wanna a midget plant cuz i only have room for 2 plants so i want maximum yields

Is/was this the only plant u have going? If u have 2 plants then at least u have something to compare to, especially if they are the same strain. But ya, I'd get a few more beans going at once. If u only plan on growing 2 then pop4 or 5, let'em grow then pick the two best. If u can fit 2 full grown plants then this should be more than enough room for a dozen babies. I know what u are thinking, what to do with the others...I give mine away cause I don't have the heart to kill the females and I can only have 7 , no problem tho getting rid of the males tho. New seed a week later will pass up the struggling seedling in no time. I learned this the hard way, but hell I got more seed than I know what to do with now. Good luck!
