Oh I bet that gives you a nice big couch hug.
Yes it does my friend! This is a morning bowl of the Trainwreck, it is a 70% Sativa blend, and it is just EXCELLENTLY balanced.
Bag appeal: 9
Smell: eh 6-7 citrus musk, deep, hiding something. COMPLETELY covered in round head trichromes, fucking layered.
Taste: Spicy, a little musky, but balanced and floral like a sweet wine. Not resembling any fruit taste, difficult to describe.
High: Low doses are still distracting, provoking zone out, but with a nice uplifting sativa buzz as well, very nice body high, great for pain!
High doses: I smoke weed mostly for pain control, its tough to distract oneself from the pain when it is always fucking there; so this is what makes Trainwreck the bees knees for me: the most balanced and potent strain I have had to date when it comes to pain management, even - non-debilitating high, muscle relaxation, mood improvement, and visually enhancing and trippy effects.

Sweet smoke, a little harsh due to the massive amount of resin on these leafy buds, but they feel like little pieces of granite when breaking up by hand, or grinder. Well cured, not totally dry, but a disproportionate amount of resin to plant matter almost. Grown by NewMexicann in soil from clone, 9th batch, organic.

Pics coming!

I've heard that the longer you wait to harvest, THC converts to CBD, would a way to increase CBD simply be to extend the harvest time?

CANNABINOL (CBN)

Cannabinol is the primary degradation product of THC and increases in concentration with plant age. The concentration of this product in the bud is heavily dependent on the time of harvest. Harvesting the bud at a late stage also means that the concentration of CBN in relation to THC will be higher when compared to the peak of THC production.

CBN content also increases as THC degrades during storage and with exposure to light and air. It is only mildly psychoactive and can cause "fuzzy head", drowsiness, disorientation and sleepiness in the smoker, properties that can be considered unpleasant in nature compared to the clear high of the THC. Its affinity to the CB2 receptors is higher than for the CB1 receptor, meaning that it mostly affects the body.

That is really great info ... My Caregiver does that also as she waits about 1 week to two weeks longer before harvesting. She stated to me that the longer you wait, the better ... But you have to watch for not going past the peak period. I guess that this is something that comes with knowledge about all things concerning marijuana

Thanks for the share :-)

Check out http://www.projectcbd.org/ They have a handful of high CBD strains listed under "availability."

You may also want to check out The CBD Crew. Scott Blakey (Shantibaba) and Jamie (from Resin Seeds) are working on strains with equal percentages of THC and CBD. Z6 and Z7 have been sold at auction (in limited numbers) on the Mister Nice Auction for something of a public test run. The CBD Crew is working in conjunction with Project CBD.

Well fuck, don't I feel like a douche bag...

Newmexicann, the dispensary where the Trainwreck originated, is not very tech savvy, and posted the percentages with just one little typ0: a whole decimal point.

The TW is just .74% cbd, fucking lame. But still some of the best bud I have seen in quite a long time. Their highest CBD strain for real is Mazar at about 2% or a little higher. Still working on the TW pics
