I was thinking about getting a 2 liter and doing the CO2 method with sugar and yeast. I was going to drill a hole in the top and and insert pvc piping and i was going to have the piping put in the middle of the aerogarden by the plants. Is this a good idea or should i just drill a hold in the top and let it create and release CO2 without the help of the pvc piping?

c02 rises above 75f so if your room is hot i would vent the c02 near the bottom of the plants and it will float into the canopy!1

I have the pvc piping in the middle of the aerogarden and I sucked some of the CO2 through to make sure that it was coming through. I could taste the yeast. But the CO2 is set up and hopefully the plants will come along a lot faster (: I will keep you all posted.

i think your running out of room already are they fem seeds?? i would get it down to three girls max maybe get around 1 oz ?? but if you try to flower them all only the very tops will get good light and it will hurt the yeild:( if you put them in 12/12 in a week you willl be able to pull the males for more room... there is a thread of a guy who flowered 3 plants in a hotel room in his aero and he got right around an oz and the buds look crazy good!!! i will try to find the pics!!

thanks for the info. when can I find out if they're males? Is it after I put them on the 12/12 cycle?

Yup you go to 12/12 then you start seeing either lil white hairs (female) or small bunches of balls(male). THE SMALL BUD AT THE BEGINING OF THE PIC IS WHAT YOUR LOOKING FOR:) ABOUT A WEEK AFTER 12/12

thats good but you still want to keep them small cfl is only effective around 2-3" so if you get plants really tall the bottoms wont get light:(

all is very well i just know from expierence with small plants the closer the better because when they get taller they also get wider... width is your enemy here think about the fact that most plants double and tripple when put into flower! i think three small babies it max for that bad boy they will start shading each other and you cant spread them out any further.....
