65w mogul base CFL conversion

I'm starting a freezer grow and thinking of using a 65w cfl for cloning/vegging. Having these parts around the house I hoped to make use of a 65w mogul based cfl fixtures electronic ballast to power a 65w 4 pin cfl light. The question I have is would it be possible since the lights of America bulb is not a self ballasted one but has a circuit board behind the mogul bulb holder I want to cut the two wires going to the mogul base connect the + and - wires to the correct pins of the 4 pin light and have it work properly here is a look at what the fixtures look like(don't have the one fixture or wouldn't be asking this question) will it work? Before its said the answer is no I don't want to purchase one or the other but make flat one work to the space I have any insight would be helpful

I take it that this process is a simple one to perform? I'm trying to use this digital ballast to power the 4 pin cfl anyone think it will work
