keep them in total darkness for 3 days befor harvesting , bulks buds up and in general your buds are better off,

That's called the placebo effect.
Take those 3 days with lights off, and do normal 12/12.
I guarantee it's the same, if not better.

I would do a comparison when i harvest but i only got one plant ,no room to do more this time,

Personally I believe the only benefit is drying out the plant for it to dry quicker.
I don't see how 3 days can do much of a difference when you're at the peak harvest time.
If 3 days does anything, wouldn't it be better to just do 3 more days of 12/12? That seems more logical to me.

I think there are a lot more cons to it than pros.
Increase risk of mold
Increase risk of letting trichomes mature more which degrades potency
Increase risk of drying out buds too quick and losing a lot of smell/taste
Among other things.

Also do to a real comparison, if you plan on it in a future grow.

You'll need to clone from the same mother
Both of them in the same grow area (To share same temps, lights, etc)
and need to do everything the same to both plants from start to finish besides the way you harvest.

Plants grow via photosynthesis, this is the process of the LIGHT being absorbed through i believe the chlorophyll within the leaves, this process is what inhibits GROWTH.

Three days of darkness... old stoners tail...

How big are your Calyxes?
I still see white hairs on top, and every one of my plants will stop growing white hairs a week-ten days...then
The hairs will recede back into bud...
I say you have two weeks before you should harvest....
Don't even look at Tric's if your Calyxes have not swollen up double size of a large seed....
I would advise feeding for another ten days...
If you stop feeding now, in two weeks when you really should harvest,
The plant will be eating it self yellow....

the plant will be eating it self is that good or bad

I agree with this. If you have not had a good overall grow nothing you do the last 3 days is going to change anything much at all.

I think i will change my way....yea 3 more days of 12/12 seems more logical than 3 days darkness.

Dang how u got your buds that fat and dense? On my last grow my buds wasn't fat I only got 20 grams of that plant got a 250 watt has light. But dang for real what is up secret what nutes did you use? Holla at me most def just started again snow white strain what ph u had u r water at after u mixed nutes in.and in flowering what was ur temp at and huminity?
