yea man, I'd repot them, you don't have to slice any roots I've never done it and had no probs. Just put 'em in a new pot with some freash soil and perlite.
fim leafs are funny looking.
How far away is your cfl? You should have that hanging down right in between 4 plants for lower growth, you can have a cfl like 2-3 inches away from your plants and it'll be fine but you just have to keep raising it as the plant grows, cause they will burn the girls

The lights 2 inch from the canopy, should i dangle it in between then? Also do you top or fim or is lst the way forward, i definetly think im gonna lst my next grow. The plant in your avatar is wild, is it yours?

well if I had your setup I would have it so you could put the cfl in the lower middle of 4 plants and have the hps over top, just to get more lighting down to the bottem of your plants. But 1 side of each of the 4 plants will be getting more light than the rest of the plants. I don't know if I'm explaning myself very well at the moment, really tired from work and super stoned.

Just checked my dates and the plants are actually 5 weeks and 3 days from breaking soil, Repotted into 15ltr pots yesterday and lowered the light between 4 plants as hardrock suggested (cheers buddy

Will keep rotating pots to ensure even light distribution
Also switched to 12/12, should i have waited for a few days after repotting? Need buds though and fast!!
These plants look monster for 5 weeks dont you think, i have no room for my fan and heater, i cant imagine what this rooms gonna look like if they double size in flower...

Did i mention one of my plants was really weird, it wasnt symetrical at each node it has 3 sets of leaves and 3 growth shoots instead of 2, it is only topped and has three main shoots. Here is a pic not sure if you can quite make it out, is this normal?

If so, and you can afford the bill, throw in your 250 mh instead of your cfl for flowering, that way all your plants ( well more than the cfl) will get both spectums. I didn't know that your were gonna flip so quick. What I ment was for veg use 250 and cfl and for flower use 600 and 250 and that will give your plants that nice boost that they love.

ahahah it's your plant that smell too good for anyone to chip in, I pretty much covered what you need to know, not much else for ppl to say but good job.
that is just a different pheno that you got there, some ppl search for such a thing, it's not a bad thing, just a deformity.

Like a stoned fool i forgot 2 label which 1s which when i repotted, oh well gonna b fun guessing, i know the smallest 1s ak so i have something to go by.
Ive got the temps just right at the moment so i think the 250 would push it too high without a stronger exaust and an intake fan, maybe next time.
I was thinkin about buildin a veg room next time and having like 5 in veg (250mh) and 5 in flower (600) coz 3.5 months is a long time to wait for a crop, i smoke this shit heavily from morning to evening and last i grow it only really lasted me for about 2 months, i didnt even sell any.

Shit i left my central heating on last night and when i went to check the plants it was fucking roasting in there. I didnt have my thermometre in there at the time but i guess it must have been over 100 to have done this damage.
Any way 1 was definetly fucked (the smallest ak) and another was crispy on the bottom half. The one that was half burnt, i stripped the bottom half of vegetation. Is it really worth keeping this one, it has the top 3 nodes left healthy and i now plan to vegetate for another week before flowering.
Or should i just chop it down and let the others have the light. Its not a complete disaster as the room is only small and i will still fill it with 6 plants.
The other 6 suffered a few burnt leaves but seem fine, should i still veg for another week? Also i now plan on building a veg chamber.

yeah ill veg for another week and spray leaves with water. does the plant in pic 2 look worth keeping, if i veg for another week and it stays healthy i rekon it will just be like i lollypopped it. Also i was gonna pull the 150watt cfl out to save the electric for my veg chamber. Do you think i even need the 150watter or should i just stick with 250mh vegin and 600watt flowering rooms. Can i clone with a 250mh?

A mix of blue/red is optimal for veg. Red spectra make the roots grow and blue for vegetative growth. We have 2 400W MH (running 1 at the moment due to 1 of our ballasts having a fixable issue), and an array of 100W 5k-6500 blue spectra CFL. Mix the reds and blues for growth above and below the soil line. 600W HPS for flowering.
