Soon i will be showing the 6 strains I have germinated all the way to the finish. The strains are 9 lb. Hammer, agent orange, ace of spades, vortex, space candy, and lemon kush. All are tga except a free hso lemon kush headband. Im doing this after getting over a spider mite infestation. I managed to save my previous strains. Querkle, ghs cheese, and blue dream. I have grown many seeds out in the past but im always looking for "keepers." i want a library of clones. I took 2 seeds of each tga strain. Im also looking for a keeper male. I would like a black cherry soda female from aos. (bums me out plushberry is no longer available) All have germed but havent been placed in soil yet. Hammer is the only strain in soil atm. We all know how long this process can tak. Bare with me. Wish me luck and thanks for watching.

sure... are you sure your spider mites are really gone? Now is the time to bomb the room to make sure they are truly gone from every nook and cranny. On the plants you saved, are you 100% sure there are no mites hiding? They can and will come back if even one is still in there, and will destroy everything you are working on. So please be careful bud!

I guess i cant be 100 % sure. I really hope so. I bleached the shit out of everything. So far i had 1 seed not pop. It was a freebie. I planted 2 space candy and only have 1 now. I took clones of all my larger plants in hopes of being able to closely monitor and treat them.(easier to treat 3 leaves vs 1000) I also bleached everything twice. I was using neem for plant treatment. I got a little experimental and added some alcohol to the neem. Its harsh on the plants but it was worth it so far. It also keeps the neem and water from separating. (1 treatment with alcohol)

At this point I have not seen a sign of spider mites. They are very tough to get rid of and it is my second time dealing with these pests. I have gotten rid of them both times. The first step i usually take is neem oil with limited success. After that I minimize all my plants. My #1 goal is to save my clones/strains at all costs. I take clones of all large plants and kill off the mothers. I now have a small fraction of the leaves to take care of.

Anyway i just fertilized for the first time recently. The seedlings are now just beginning to take off. I should have fed them sooner as my soil is nutrient free or very limited.

How do you rate that blue dream? Which of the 3 is the better strain?
Sorry man. Been away for a minute. I would rate them all for different things. Cheese is #1 in flavor. Never had anything like it. Everyone who has tried it knows exactly what it is when smoked next time. Very sweet. Querkle would be #1 for hash and kief. It leaves alot of "dust" wherever u put it. Great high as well with a grapey sour flavor. If i had to get rid of 1 of them it would be blue dream. All around decent plant though. Good producer of decent smoke. Just doesnt stand out like the others. Good commercial plant. Has a hint of sweet flavor. Im interested in plants or flavors that are unique.

Here we are almost 2 weeks later. The plants are just beginning to show sex. Left side is males and right side is females. I put the plants that haven't shown yet in middle. I have 1 agent orange male and 1 female. Happy about that. I'm going to take clones of the males as well. Going to try breeding in the near future

I'm jealous now. I only have 5 strains going and have yet to see how any of them finish but they were all "keepers" to the person from whom I was gifted the clones.
Deathstar
Strawberry Diesel
Critical Kush
Cheese and
Girl Scout Cookie (thinmint pheno)

Looks great man. Maybe consider trimming the bottom of the plants up a little more before they start putting on weight because they are about to shade the bottom out imo

Youre right...im kicking myself at this point because im going into 3 weeks and am thinking I will just let them go. My tallest plants are 4ft from soil up and my shortest are 3 ft soil up...they were all the same height going into flower. My new strains almost doubled in height. That was unexpected. I will be prepared next time. The bottoms are already getting almost no light. I just want to avoid any stress.

Trim up that undergrowth that's where those mites like to hang out! Trust me after multiple years of fighting mites that's one of the secrets is to keep good air movement under the canopy and remove the crap that isn't getting light and won't produce anyway. Good luck brotha
