5x9 gorilla grow tent humidity fluctuation

I just recently got a 5x9 tent and am trying my hand at a sealed environment with the hopes of introducing co2. My problem is with humidity. I get up to an 18% swing in my humidity. I’m using a 500w “smart” dehu. I tried hooking up to an inkbird humidity controller but I get an even bigger swing. I do have a 6” aci inline fan on setting 2 just to keep it around 83f. What can I do to keep the rh from fluctuating so much? Trying to not use ac. Currently in week 4 of flower IMG_4571.jpegIMG_4570.png

I’m thinking that my 158 pint dehumidifier may be oversized. Was thinking of downsizing to a 60 or 80 pint. What size dehumidifiers do you guys run in tents?

158pints does seem large for those 4 plants. however im leaning towards the sensor, what are you using to control the dehumidifier and what is the deadband on whatever is controlling the on/off

It’s a brand new dehumidifier that has a humidistat. I’ve tried with and without an inkbird. Without the inkbird it’s set to 55, gets down to 52 before it switches off. The humidifier itself isn’t reading big swings, it’s my ac infinity that I’m going off of.
