here a bit of a update on whats happening. i decided to go with a nute lineup a friend uses with great results. i have used parts of the lineup before and how well those parts worked for me gave me the confidence to buy it all.

12 bottles in the lineup, covering both veg and flower with all flower additives and ph up. all in all it was only 217$ and thats a price im fine with for a

the plants got a big dose of overdrive and cns17 ripe and a double dose the bone meal. more pics of the girls to come tomorrow when week 6 starts.

Get a 65-85W full spectrum (5000k-6500k) CFL, put it in your flowering room and use it while you take pics with the HPS off, full spectrum will bring out more accurate colors, HPS tends to make pics look yellow/orange and can cause those black/shaded bars, the closer the camera is to the bulb the worse it gets, I believe it has something to do with the spectrum or wavelength of the HPS and the shutter speed of the camera.

Is there something you wanted a better shot of? I can take better pics if they are asked for the room does have cfls (ceiling lights since its a bedroom) in it i can flick on for pics, just have to turn off the hps.

I trimmed up 2 plants that put out a few bananas in week 6, I think all of my plants have about 2 weeks to go and of large buds I got about a half pound, And a qp of larff for hash. With so much time left I can't see how I won't shatter my goal since it seems I've already met it.

At this point if I had a football, I could hide it behind a cola. Heh <3

ok here is a shot of the hollends hope buds i had to chop, since i brought it up i may as well follow up... many of the buds had turned very dark purple, with the lower buds still green. i ground some of the buds so that they would quickly dry and by morning i was able to try it. the taste is not amazing, its very mild still and not pronounced, but its just average taste. thankfully it dident taste bad with so much time left.

the high from the early harvest hollends hope is very nice and uplifting and effects could be noticed after the first bowl, no stone to it at all of course with all clear trichs so i guess it will be a morning toke.

Super Skunk is a fantastic strain, one of the best especially for beginners like me :weed:, how could you go wrong with Skunk #1 x Afgani T, excellent genetics, will definitely be growing this soon. Super Skunk has a fantastic flavor when its flushed properly, let us know how it comes out, I can't wait to see your next grow.

I got this clone from a friend and have smoked it in the past a lot. It's a nice hairy bud that gives a heavy sweet smell and taste, the smell is big, can't go anywhere with it or people know.

just did a check on the weight of hollends hope, its currently at 9.3 oz, but its got some sticks in it and a little water but so little it burned fine when i took a sample. so i assume it will go down to about 8 oz or so.

thats 8 oz or so off of the 2 plants that were harvested 2-3 weeks early. its all gone but about 1-2 oz, it provided a nice daytime smoke and was a nice hold over. i can only hope that whats left can tie me over till more meds come in

the harvest is done, and everything is dry. it was a great cycle and im happy with how it turned out the agent orange, and sour strawberry kush are pretty nice and were true to the orange and strawberry claims and both yielded great as well. i met my goals and that will hold us over happily till next harvest. this was my first run in a scrog and i look forward to doing it this way again, the plants in the scrog yielded much better then my control plants and had much larger buds on average, since every bud is essentially a top when growing this way. anyways enough on that heres some pics.

Those buds look pretty dam good to me, granted changing a few things to maximize efficiency would have increased your yield but nevertheless it looks like you did pretty good, the quality definitely looks decent. How is the density, aroma, flavor & stone? If you don't mind sharing what was the final weight? +Like +Rep

So what are your plans for the next run? (Details PLZ!)

it was slightly over 3, slightly under 4. some plants did really well while others did not, each [plant was at least 4 oz (even the primi plants). the agent orange was 8 oz, power kush was 11 oz between 2 plants, got about 20 oz between my 2 super skunks, my af crystal was right in front of the ac and i think that stunted it because even though it gave me 4, they were compact like marbles, and i think that less intense cold air may have let the buds grow larger like it has for me in the past. my queen plant was also a bit stunted by a few things, both a huge lack of N in early flower that led to a loss of leaves needed to feed the plant later, and also sitting right in front of the ac.

about the flavors , densitys, and effects,
they are WONDERFUL! the cure is still enhancing the flavor of them and bring out more fruity flavors, but the taste does make me smile, the purple urkle may be one of my fav to smoke, and it gives a soild indica couchlock. the agent orange is a great day smoke that has a wonderful flavor and is noticed from across a room if even the smallest nug is ground up.
most of the plants fell into the catagory of what i think of as the perfect bud density, a bit squishy and gooey. the sour strawberry, purple urkle, af crystal were a bit on the denser side of the scale, and the power kush was on the other end of the scale where the buds are large but not rocks. granted the power kush is about my fav plant being as it gave me my heaviest buds, but its still not as dense as the others. the super skunk was like that a bit too, but its more in the middle on my little graph.

heres a pic of whats left
