Would they work in a 20x2x3they'll grow just fine under 5600s, should eat it up. the only issue you might have is stretch after the flip if you flower under 3500s or lower. the difference between veg lighting and flower lighting is a big factor in the amount of stretch. if you veg and flower under the same K value, it can cut out 30-40% of the stretch.
Four would be a lot better though, right? Feet that is...if 3 feet is the height, that may be a little tight, but you could run them softer
