I'm 55 days into 12/12 and what I thought was a female started to show what looked like seeds 4 days ago, and I inspected today and its def a herm. Is there any use in continuing to grow it or should I just chop him/her down? This is my first grow so any advice would be appreciated.

Not in the last 6 days. I tried to load them previously but rollitup wouldn't let me for some reason. I have 4 other plants that are movingly along nicely so this one isn't that much of a worry for me. I'll try to load them again.

unless its a sativa, Harvest that bitch...ooops..I mean tranny. Unless you just cut the off or keep spraying them with water; water neutralizes pollen

well at least I can get some practice in pruning this herm, as well as testing out my dry room to see how that will work out.

There looking real good. Two are clones and two are from bagseed. One of the clones is starting to turn a nice shade of purple. I looked at the trichromes under a microscope today and they are all still clear white. I'll work on posting pics once im done choppin this tranny.

I had a herm pop up in my first crop. I plucked the pollen sacks off of it (right around 6 weeks) and continued. Didnt pollnate any of the other ladies however there were a couple seeds in the herms nuggs. Since then I've learned that it is best to kill em but I know how hard it can be to chop something you've invested into so much. Good luck with what ever you choose!

I chopped the tranny now. I'd much rather chop one to save the rest rather than to take my chances removing the pollen sacks. Is there anything I should do to my other ladies seeing as there could have gotten some pollen on them from this herm?

I would say spray em with alittle water to neutralize the pollen but its a little too late into flower to mist your buds. I dont want to be the reason you get Bud rot

I have a plant that hermed around the same time so I brought it into my room, put it in the window and started flushing it. It is cloudy out so the banana growth almost stopped completely and it is now ripening. It actually worked pretty well! This isn't a small plant either, lol.

man had a buddy that grew, he ended up gettin some beans in some of his plants but it was still bomb weed, plus had seeds to grow...kinda win win if every plant could grow like 2 seeds that would be money i think
