yeah i bought a quart of ona pro gel and im just gonna run with that untill harvest hopefully. but if things get outta hand im not messing around ill just buy a carbon filter and scrubber

ok i need help now. 4 out of the 9 plants are doing ok, however, the other 5 are looking like they are dying. one of which is pretty much shriveled and dead. Is there any hope of saving them? If they bounce back would it be even longer till i could harvest them? And will they even produce anything now that theyre on a decline?

its worse every day, compounding the problem. the worst one is pretty much stems with wilted dead leaves falling off of it and teeeeny tiny buds that were just starting to form are looking real rough. idk whether to try and keep it going or cut it down and make some iso hash with it or brownies. probably would be barely worth it honestly at this point. but i can snap a few pics of them tonight when i get off work

It's crazy, because your grow was going beautifully. I just wonder if the boiling water may have had some kind of effect that wasn't immediately realized. What do your trichomes look like anyway?

thats a clear possibility but i believe it has much more to do with the sand. it was on there for like 5-6 days i think and when i took the sand off it appeared as if i had just watered the plants. probably roots rotting out. trichromes on some plants are about 2 weeks off i think. going to flush when they dry out and keep on just water and molasses

yeah man and thats why im so very depressed about this situation. everything was going perfect.... better than perfect. then the gnats show up and i feel like i made things increasingly worse by trying to fix it

You're almost there! And don't feel too bad, those last pics you posted still look nicer than my plants. I've got droopy leaves on one, burnt lookin' shit on another, and one that keeps poppin' out bananas!

damn yeah i feel your pain bamboo. ill post some pics tomorrow i swear its like night and day every day after work they look more and more pititful. a few are keeping strong tho but like i said only 4 out of 9 are looking ok

Bro I'd say if it's dying then harvest it and get something out if it.. I'ma look into if dying plant emit hormones or sumthn that could kill the other healthy ladies..or maybe the gnats just got em bro.. sad sad sad man that's fuckin shitty bro

While you are waiting, grab a vacuum and start hitting the drainage holes etc...I've sucked up dozens with a shop-vac.
They like to hide under extension cords etc., so if you're not going to vacuum I recommend those cheap fly sticky strips.

DAY 45 flower Another horrible day. Down to 5 plants. soon to be 4 probably. I really would rather just be done with it at this point its so disappointing. I killed the worse looking ones. 4 of them. when I came home from work they were all crispy and dried and the stems were starting the shrink so i cut them down. glad i did because the roots were rotten and they werent going to recover. One plant I left in hopes it may bounce back? still alittle green left on it but it appears to be on its way out too. may end up killing her tomorrow idk. now im using half the lights so ill save alittle money from here, new estimate. 2.5 oz..... hopefully lol. sooooooooo p-o-ed. But on the bright side, I have learned a whole lot and the next run will be much better im sure of it. veg is the easy part. flowering is where u gotta watch yourself. but anyway 4 still alive and pretty perfect looking.... above the soil atleast. starting flushing in a day or two

so i picked off some bud last night. enough for a blunt. and it smoked very well. most of it is like .1 g or smaller buds. i bought a 220 micron bag and a hash press so ill be using the majority of it to make dry ice hash. I honestly was considering abandoning this thread because its just so depressing seeing what its come to but i did promise i would update untill the end. look out for my next grow . thc bomb and cotton candy

I'm so envious of the people that can devote a whole room to their grow.... 1000w mh/hps yields can be crazy.
It'd be cool to have that, and then make a few CFL 'light bars' with a single row of bulbs for lower limbs/stem.
