Wow sure seeing a lot of sw washington / north oregon medical growers these days on the ol' RIU.

Starting to see some good colas now. The Purple Kush smallest but is the fastest by long shot.

I will be adding my nets soon and cover soon.
Purple Kush is the first two pics and the last. Also in the middle of garden in 4th pic. You can tell the PK by how much bigger the buds are then the rest. 4th pic shows this well. I have found a few spots of PM on the PK's though. Nothing bad just a few spots. I also thinned the crap out of them for they will packed inside with small shoots. Never seen anything like that before. Perhaps my first real Indica is why?

Weekend update, I moved my shorter indica type plants into morning sun. They were puddling dew on the leafs making PM spots. Lets hope these taller not as bushy ones do better in afternoon sun only.

Crappy pics for the sun angle. I will get some better shots at dusk.

Go Ducks Vrs Fresno State.

fellow portlander here.

i know we've had fleas and mosquitoes really bad this year, it seems like the mites and aphids have been bad this year too. luckily no aphids on my plants, but the mites have a lockdown on about 25% of two of my girls and i'm not spraying anymore with harvest coming up.

have you noticed worse mites this year than last?

I have seen very little mites. Have had flea problems with my dogs. We use Frontline as well. I always have some mites but never any real damage.

ok, good to know. i don't foresee any real damage, especially with cooler weather slowing them down now. they can only fuck as fast as the temperature is hot.
