500w M.H / H.P.S. BLZ BUD Grow

I've just changed to 250w Metal Halide and 250w High pressure sodium.
The mother has been growing since the end of 2009, but due to freezing temps, growing came to a stop... well it did in my room..

Here she is..

And this is where she'll live as well as keep my clones nice and warm..

This helps i think..

Here is BLZ mother, Haven't a clue what is under the clear plastic cover but the other 3 are auto flowering.

I have added plants to the room on a two week cycle in hope to get a decent perpetual grow going.
Below is another plant that Im not sure of and 6 BLZ Clones waiting for my mate to collect.

Looking good Jay i seen in one of the pics that the tips of the leaves are cut off is this for stealth i heard that when this is done the plants dont really look like MJ plants which would be good for the garden

Thanks, The leaves are cut like that when they were first cut in to clones, by cutting the leaf like that stops too much of the energy being used to keep it alive, although by cutting it like this, there is enough leaf to produce enough energy for the plant whilst it has not roots..

Be a nice idea trying to make your weed plant look like something else but I wouldn't like to cut too much leaves.... Sure they are solar panels for the buds..
Would be the nicest smelling plants in my garden anyway..!!

Quick update... 12 days 12/12.

Little flowers...

And finally the Hindu kush x AK-47 auto flowers, These little beauties have been growing since the start of January..!! had them under weak CFL's untill about a month and a half ago... They be enjoying their last week or so under the sun that we are due..

Update 18 days flowering.

A bit more growth since my last update... Temps got rather high during the good weather but nothing to worry about.

little flowers are getting bigger..!!

Any finally the auto-flowering... Been flushing for 7 -8 days now...

Yeah, very surprised on how the Ak47/Hindu kush have turned out, although the Ak-48 is acting the bollocks, I'm not sure if that strain is stable, so I've taken a clone and see what happens.

I can't believe the amount of water the room is using, my 90 litre barrel of rain water will defo run out tonight..

UPDATE 3 Weeks Flowering. Autos got harvested

Just a few more pics.. Needed watering again...!!!

This is the Ak-48, she's being a bit of a cow really, I had to train the top branches so as they dont get too near the lights.
The clone i took from her is doing very well, although my heat mat is broke.. :-(

did you see a differences between the plants directly under the hps and the one under the mh?

give us your yield at the end

No not really.. I hear hey strech more under hps.. but im waiting to see it..

I just want to add that, when i get the prepetual grow going that when the plant goes in to the flowering room, thati'll start on the MH side and finish on the hps side.. this, hopefully will happen with them all in there grow cycle

UPDATE ON AK-48

I decided to LST her as the top was getting too and to spread the side branches out a bit.

This what she looked like before

A pic of her a few weeks back in the middle

And now since the nip and tuck operation... (my first attempt)

You can see the garden wire i've used... looks horrific really...!!

Much more light is able to penertrate those side branches now..

Tops buds not getting burnt now..

Will be interesting to see how she comes on now..

Update on the AK-48 clone:- Still doing O.K. although I think its trying to flower also..!! Time will tell.

AK-48 clone died...
Might of lived if i had the heat mat working.

Bit of a problem with the lack of space in the room now...
