5 stems?

So sorry if this was already answered, but I'm so confused I don't know what to search for.

I planted ONE seed around two weeks ago, and it's already sprouted and getting some pretty little leaves.

But I just noticed that around the pot it's growing in, there are 5 other stems growing, one is already developing the same leaves.

Is this normal? For one seed to grow 6 plants??
Unless the soil was already full of cannabis seeds, which in that case, I'll be buying lots more of that soil. (Haha)

Do I cut the other stems off with a clean razor, or do I wait for them to get bigger? If it's true they all came from the same seed, would cutting them affect the bigger main plant?

lol.

My only worry if I let them grow, is that it's a rather small pot. If I would wait until they're at a good point to transplant them into seperate, larger pots, it may be very traumatic for them and they might have their root systems all tangled in with eachother.

pull them! those are not weed. thats just little seeds mixed with the soil... not good. KILL THEM!!!

They seem to be growing the same way the cannabis is...

Would cutting em be better than pulling just in case?

LOL. Don't be too embarrassed. I've seen other people make the same mistake. If you don't know jack about cannabis you could easily mistake those for water leaves.

How big is that pot you have it in?

You should really transplant that at some point into a larger container. If you're on a super tight budget then cut the top off a 2 liter and transplant. Put duct tape around the bottle or something that won't let light through and get to your root zone. Your plant will be much happier if it is given more space for the roots to grow

Actually its not that uncommon to have multiple sprouts from one seed. I have two ladies that are flowering right now who both came from one seed. If they grow like cannabis they probably are. so give them a few days and maybe separate them if they look good or pull them if they're bad.

never seen 2 plants grow from 1 seed....thats a pretty amazing strain....you better patent that bitch.
