4x8 Grow Tent Setup/Additional Lighting/Pot size

4x8 grow tent
6 inch AC infinity inline fan
3 oscillating fans
1000w mh/hps setup MH for veg HPS for flower

Was originally thinking of adding a 600w hps to this space but have read some good things about cmh and am now thinking about a 630w cmh. Let me know which one u believe would be better.

Growing in soil was thinking 3/5 gallon pots would like input on what size you think would be better for this setup.

Wanted to go with 8-10 plants max in the space.

Also smell is no issue which is why I didn't use a carbon filter.

If you have any suggestions regarding equipment or lighting it would be greatly appreciated. Not a total Newbie but am pretty new at this mostly grown outdoors and had a small LED grow last year.

I run 2.6kW hps in my 4 x 8 flower tent and a 315w cmh for side lighting. Pulling 1g/watt with 8 plants in 4 gallon hempy buckets.
More is better and your tent can handle a lot of light if you can control the heat.

Ok the 1000w hps is a good suggestion appreciate it a lot. I believe I can control the tempature don't mind buying another fan etc. What type of cooling set up do you run for your tent? Sorry for all the questions

I've got two 4x4' tents for flower. One for production plants, the other for experiments. I've got so many experiments happening currently that I'm out of space. I'm seriously considering buying a 4x8' for my experiments, and using the spare 4x4' to upgrade my experiment 2x4' veg tent.

I'm going to go with two 600W lamps though, just to save the extra 800W that two 1kW HPS would cost for electricity.

331 grams out of a 2' x 2' footprint.
8 plants in tent @ 2,600w at the time= 2,648g on a full flip.
Not expecting that though because all 8 are different strains.
