4x4x7 tent, 3 gallon pots how many plants?

600w hps setup. How many would you go with? Was thinking 8 in 3 gallon pots would be good in that area but if 5 gallon pots are better ill go with those.

Reason i am thinking 3 gallon pots is because im growing 4 different kinds and wont know how they will react. Dont need them to be really tall. 600w hps/mh system

you get to decide how large a plant gets even in the ground or 5 gallon pot no matter.
you top it in veg and train it to your liking. increasing the size of the pot could also increase the girth of the plant for a short bush style or single plant scrog even. A five gallon pot will require more frequent irrigation than a five gallon pot. 5 gallon pots are heavier to move around than 3 gallon pots.
it really is your own personal choice. I would use larger containers personally so I could take small vacations.
