4x4x7 grow tent 2x600 w cool tube or not?

So i am going to run my first hps setup I want to know what you guys think , should i go for the cool tubes or the reg air cooled hood? Which one would be better for heat control? I am a long time cfl user wanting to try something different, there will be one 600 to start then add another after this one gets up and running correctly.
