4th week flower LST, good? bad? any worries? or only gains?

So im 4 weeks into flowering and my plants are fairly short. They are clones and I flipped my tent on its side to have more ground cover but in return I get lower head room (not a problem though for me). So they were about 14" in height and on week 4 of 12/12 when I decided to LST. The branches were growing up close together and I though if I tied them down I would get alot more light cover and room for growth. How do they look??
also one of my worries is could this potentially cause a hermi??
Pics are in order- before & after

Ps this is my first time trying lst and if it comes out how im thinking it will,,, this method is amazing.
I just hope I didn't wait to later to do it.

Net time lst them in veg and keep them short so you can just let them go in flowering.Good luck they look nice.

but the fact that i did it late could that hurt my overall yield or am i still going to get better results this way? also does it put enough stress to possibly cause a hermi? i know its low stress but alot of low stress is this bad?
