well, i have whole bag of hydroton for my hydro setupi'll try that in the pie pan, the wet wash rag is already dry, less than an hour, i want my shit right, but i cant keep swapping the rag every hour, LoL. +rep to ya man.

so i put the pie pan with the hydrotron and water in it in the box, i sat the fan on top of the pan in front of the intake hole and the humidity went back up to 25%, better than 16%. thanks to all who helped!!!

day 4 and the little ones are doing great. the soil has nutes in it and ive been watering them with rain water with 1 tspn of molasses mixed in, they look real happy.

if your humidity is real low, you can try and reduce the airflow through your box if it doesnt effect temperature as much.

thanks gumball, im trying everything i can right now to keep it at 86 or below and the humidity up at 25% with the lights on, its a battle. its so dry during the day right now here. at night it hits 35% and temp sown to 75. i have a fan in front of the intale hole sitting on the pie pan filled with water and hydrotron, sucking the air in across it trying to help, we'll see. i used a wet cloth yesterday, but it dries out in less than an hour.

if your up to trying one more thing, take the fan away from the intake hole, and leave the rag someone covering the hole and come back in an hour. tell me what its like then.

Also for the humidity you might want to try hitting a pet store and grabbing some artificial moss they use for tree frog terrariums and shit. They are made to retain moisture fairly well without mold issues. Just throwin' another idea at ya. My humidity is fckn 60%+ constantly which may be a problem when any buds get dense so i'll need a reverse solution. Thankfully it should be cooling off right around harvest time and reducing it some. Damprid will be my friend if not i suppose.

they also sell packs in cigar shops for humidors which will put your humidity at a certain level and keep it there. dont know about something as large as your box, but its an option.

My humidity has went up the last couple weeks for some reason in my closet.. Its between 50-60% but the buds seem to be fine, hopefully.. Anyway they look happy whatever you doing and I agree FF trio before the new seeds!

i'll try that tomorrow gumball. thanks p7, i hope so, i just looked in and they look great, the temp is 82 and humidty is 30% and should go up some when the lights go off. those are perfect conditions for flowering though, if it stays like it is, it should be ok for less than 30 days of vegging. i just looked and its 56 degrees and 69% humidity at 11:30 here in west central coast of florida, my widow is opened about 4" and i still only get 30% in the box with the lights on. man im really hoping i get to order that stuff on friday, my boy says were gonna get it.

Looking Great CD . quick question for you all haha. i switched to 12/12 just over a week ago and i havn't seen any signs of sex yet, should be coming up this week correct?

I've had plants that showed hairs after just 2 days of 12/12 and I've also had a sativa that took 13 days so I wouldn't worry yet wp15.

CD, I would expect a smaller rag to dry out quickly. Hang a full size beach towel in there with them that is soaked in water. I can place one in my grow room, go work all day, and it's still damp when I get home.

Has anyone else noticed that the website didn't update the time from the time change? My last post here was made at 10:48 yet RIU marked it as 11:48. Tighten up RIU!

wp, my other grows, i switched the lights around day 15 and by 30, they have always shown sex, males tend to show first.

bro, its a 2'x2'x2' cardboard box, there is no room to hang a full size beach towel, LoL. it did get up to 38% in there last night though and its at 34% right now with the lights on.
