4in rockwool cubes seem to be getting waterlogged :/

Ok so I have transfered some rooted clones into 4 inch rockwool cubes and have been doing an ebb and flow setup, 5.9ph and 250 ppm (clones are about 3 weeks from cutting). They seem to be pretty droopy and waterlogged.

I had it set to every 4 hours it goes on for 30 mins. I just changed it this morning to 3 times a day for 15 mins (every 8 hours). I have light on 24/0. I have a fan blowin pretty much on them (its not a strong breeze but decent one). Any idea how to get them to spruce up?

whoa dude . You only need to water once a day with 4" blocks when you start , then only twice a day for the first couple of weeks during vewgg , and then three times a day the last 5 weeks all the way to harvest. If your blocks seem waterlogged , stop watering them.

Sprinkle a little perlite under them. The capillary action of the RW will suck them tight to a smooth surface, if that's what you have, and cut off oxygen.

Could also be overwatering as mentioned.

Over-watering kills more clones than anything. If you have the clones under a dome and keep water in the dome
you should not have to water the cubes themselves more than once a week.

My clones have already rooted prior to me putting them into the 4 inch rockwool. I stopped watering them 2 days ago and the fucking things are still SOAKED. So I should lift them up and put some perlite underneath them to soak some water out? Or how else do I remove all that water? The leaves are starting to dry out and curl up :( Im getting some new growth on top but everything thats below the very top inch is lookin like crap. I know you cant squeeze them to get the water out so I dont know what else I can do...
