4300K CMH Bulb !

Guys can someone please help me out i spent ages googling to no avail, im really trying to improve the quality of my mothers. I came across this article which seems very well informed. he suggests a 4300k CMH bulb does anyone know who does these bulbs a link to where i can buy one i spent ages searching and cant find any.

im not very techy so no doubt it easy and im just being a buffoon but would appreciate some help i included the link to the thread below if anyone interested in there mothers .

Yeah just go with the 4200k bulb...even if there are 4300k bulbs, it probably isn't going to be worth all of the extra time and effort finding such an oddball spectrumed bulb. Not to mention, it likely won't be a good brand such as Phillips which is hands down one of the best (if not the best, they invented CMH technology) brands out there.
