I broke a 14mm HiSi drain bowl and looked online for a replacement. This place had the lowest price so I ordered. Everything went okay and I received the order about a week later...cool. But, when I looked at the HiSi drain bowl they sent, it had no "neck" on it at all and was just the bowl sitting directly on top of the ground glass joint,,,,which meant that it couldn't even slide into the pipe before the bowl bottomed out on it...
(The broken one is on the right and the replacement they sent is on the left.)
So, I immediately emailed them to let them know. No response.
I sent a second email and waited....No response.
I'm trying to find a phone number, but I'm starting to get the feeling that I just blew $50 and still can't use my pipe (properly)
