406w CFL Grow with pictures. (NOOB GROWER)

Hey everyone I'm growing 6 plants, I plan on keeping this forum updated with pictures and info if I need help throughout this process.
I have concerns towards those two seedlings that have the tips damaged and don't un-wrap their leaves what could this be?

Grow Room - Secret Jardin DR150 Dark Room.

Soil - Ready Gro Soilless Mix aeration mix.

Lights - 11, 23w;5000k + 2, 42w;2700k + 3, 23w;2700k = 406w

Air - 1 oscillating fan, circulating air in grow room. 1 big fan exhausting air in grow room, 2 vents bringing fresh air in, from bottom.

Water - 6.4-6.8 PH level.

Nutes - Scotts-Miracle Gro Tomato Plant Food (Vegetative)
Scotts-Miracle Gro Bloom Booster Flower Food (Flowering)
Not using any nutes yet, I will start when they are 2 weeks old with half dosage and work my way up.

Clones - Clonex Gel, Humidity dome, Rockwell.

I would hold off on the nutes for 2-3 weeks on the seedlings they done need much if any that young.

sick room! A few things though:

1. RH is a bit low (try to get it up 10% more at least)
2. When you start giving them nutes, honestly start at 1/4 or 1/8th...you'd be surprised how hard miracle gro hits them. You could wipe them all out from overfeeding!
3. mix the bulbs up (the plants on the left are getting everything from the 2700k spectrum)
4. Don't water them directly on top of the plants. Water droplets stay on the leaves and end up getting burnt by the light which can damage the plant. The ROOTS want the water, not the leaves

Thanks for the advice bro, I mixed up the lights and I googled how to raise the temperature in my grow room I put a big container in there with water so I hope it increases.
Forsure when i start nutes i'll make sure to start with 1/8 and work them up.

Fantastic, man! RH is best at 35-50% i've found...too low and they dry too much, too high and they get moldy!

1/4th should be fine if you're itchin' to get them flowing, but I personally start with 1/8th for a week, 1/4th for 2 weeks, then 1/2th for 2 weeks, then full strength (somewhere around that). I like to veg for a long ass time, though. Nutes are confusing and can fuck your gals up if you do it wrong, but I'll sub to the thread so I can keep an eye out
