400w HPS + 4 300w CFL's Closet Grow(2x5).

Hey Yall, i been on this forum for awhile just reading reading reading, following threads after threads. harvesting a seed full of indoor growing techniques, lighting, water, ventilation, etc. everything, im pretty knowledgeable about growing. i have grown outdoor for years and i always love a good outdoor crop. but im starting my first Closet grow, if this goes well im movin on to a 10x12 room, just gotta test the waters first show my roomies what i am capable of doing with the knowledge that i have consumed. so i have purchased a 400 watt cool tube. with 4x300w cfls for my 2ft x 5ft room its like 9 feet tall. those lights are for the flowering room on the bottom. i was wondering what you guys think about that set up is that enough lighting, imma do the 400w hps in the middle and 2 300w cfls on each side of the 400w hps. is that a good setup for a first timer trying to get atleast a half pound. and suggestions, help with ventilation would be good, i need some fan suggestions, dont know to much about how much CFMS i think to filter or rotate.... thank you p.s. i got a 4ft fluorescent light for the top for vegging. yee. thank you very much.
