400w DWC Querkle grow

Greetings. I have dropped 6 seeds of querkle and I'm trying to get my plan together for what i want to do before the taproots show.

Ok this is what I want to accomplish this grow. I want to eliminate my males asap and retain the genetics. So I can flower every female and sample the smoke and review the growth patterns to determine my next mother.

Im working with a 400w MH/HPS and a 2x3 scrog screen. I also have a 6 site bubbleponic cloner with a sun blaze t5 2 foot 4 bulb light.

I will lay out my plan and if you have any improvements let me know.

Label my slots and place germed seeds in there.
Let them veg large enough to take a clone off of each.
Label the clone station and immediately flower the clones, rootless and all just to determine sex.
Remove all the males. Also remove all the flowered clones from the cloner.
Take new clones from the females under the 400 and put them in their matching labels in the cloner.
Flower the mothers under the 400.
Keep the clones cropped enough to just be sustained under the cloners light.
Harvest the mothers, sample the smoke and review the growth patterns.
Pick my mother.

Once I have my mother I can start dialing in my scrogs and run a couple cycles.

Do you think a single 20 gallon res with 6 net pots in DWC would be enough to sustain these plants all the way through this process?
Anyone have any thoughts or suggestions? Is there an easier way? Is this the best way to accomplish what I am trying to do?

The only cocnern I think I'll have here is:

How long will it take my rootless clones to show sex? How large will my other plants under the 400 grow in that time? Will it be manageable?
