400w CFL grow

I am planning to build a grow with 4 100w CFLs.
how many fans will i have to use for this. Its is about 2 feet wide x 3 feet deep x 5 feet tall
Im using soil, is it bad to use miracle grow soil
The seeds i am using are #1 Buddha (feminized)
if a seed is cracked does that mean it wont grow?

no offense but before you do anything take a some time and read the grow faq......or perhaps read a finished grow from start to finish, you will get all of your questions answered,

1 depends are they actual 100w or 100w equil

2 There are better options but it will work

3 Cracked? is it germinated? My first thought is sounds like a dead seed

Ive been trying to find a fan for the outake but i dont know what kind i should buy. ive heard that computer fans work well
