~400w 4x4 light bar led with switchable uv?

hey there, just wondering if anyone knew of a good, roughly 400w 4x4 light bar style led fixture that has both uv and ir, with the uv being switchable on its own. looks like the newer spider farmer and mars hydro lights dont have the switchable uv diodes, so theyre on all the time. LM301b's preferred. thx
