Thanks for the suggestion, majorToker. I have tried doing that several times, including doing it to only one plant when harvesting several on the same day. I'm not saying that there is absolutely nothing to it, but I've never noticed any difference at all. I believe that if it does make a difference, it is negligable. I do, however, believe in harvesting right at the end of a dark period, but only a regular 12 hour dark period.

I'm still considering trying molasses one of these times. There seems to be much debate on this website as to whether it affects anything more than just the taste. If it only affects the taste then as far as I'm concerned it's just one more thing that could mess up the soil's ph, and I don't need that. If it does affect yield or potency then I need to get on board.

Sorry, but I guess I lied. I took down most of her, but decided to let the very small buds go even longer. There's not much left at all so I'm considering this plant officially harvested. After I cleaned it, the weight of the main cola is 82g and the rest of today's take adds up to 48g for a total of 130g. As soon as I began to take some post-cleaning pics the cam batteries died again, but I did get 2 shots of the cola beforehand.:joint:

I harversted the last of her today. After cleaning it was 46g. There was just a bunch of small stuff left so I'm going to box dry this last bit of it.

Normajean1, I don't know if you can see anything in the pics, but I don't think it was rootbound. There are roots showing on the sides and bottom, but I've harvested plants that had more roots showing, and they did not have a sagging issue. It could be that there was not any problem at all. I just should have been ready for it with my support hangers and not worried about it. I'll know next time.....

hell ya you did a good job man.
Thank's man. I appreciate the kind comments. The buds I harvested from the day I cut the main cola and later are much better than everything I cut earlier. It truly took 13 weeks to complete. I'm very glad I waited.

I'm going to go take a pic of the cola and then be right back with that and the final yield results.

The main cola is 21g and the total is 89g+. If I didn't cut those buds early on the total might have reached 100g, but at least I got me 3 oz. Will I grow Green Bud again? Yes, but I'm going to try something else on my next grow. The next time I buy beanz I would like to try either an auto or a hearty indica, like maybe Northern Lights or something like that.

I know I said I was going to stop after this grow and do some house repairs, but what can I say, I'm a grower. I germinated 3 bagseeds and then planted them about 6 days ago. I also took a clone of the clone that I recently harvested in this thread (just to see how hard it might be). This plant is currently 21 inches tall and 4 weeks into flower. I'll stop growing and make my home repairs after this grow, FOR SURE. I might start another journal for my new plants and clone, but this one was all about the green bud.-P

yea man it doesnt look root bound. The bud looks amazing. Especially the main cola. I cut down my mazar, the giant bud weighed 107 grams, its crazy. I think mine is root bound on the other hand. We will find out soon enough.
