400 watts hps 6 42 watt cfle 2 led grow panels

hi im trying something diferent hear i got 3x3x4 grow area a 400 watt hps got 6 42 watt cfl bulbs and 2 led grow panels one blue and red and the other just red got walls covered in panda plastic got 2 13 inch fans on at all times ans 70 cfm bathroom vent just wondering if this should do me ok

Thats a pretty low ceiling in your growspace, without a cooltube and a better exhaust fan you'll be struggling to keep temps under control, not to mention the light would need to be at least 12" from the growing tips, add the size of the pots, and the light itself and those poor plants are only gonna have about 2 feet to grow into! my temps are actually good there at a even 85 during the on period and 72 when there off i flower it at 12 inches then my pot is 9 inches witch still leaves me 27 ich for flowering got it on a shelf so tips are 10 to 13 inches away from the hps then the led are 6 to 8 inchs angled on both sides the cfl got 2 on each wall the 42 watt 200 watt incadesent equiv i was planing on tieing it down some but i like the lst option something like a scrog witch i was looking into doin one day the lst looks more easier to train then scrog im hopping to get pics up shortly
