4 x 45w 2600lumens 4000k bulbs (total lumens10400, 16000k ) NOOB ALERT

Yo, I got these bulbs in a 2.7m2 box. About 3.5ft high. 4 x 22 day old plants in it. Bag seeds from some nice indica dominant strain. (I think by looking at leaves). Will I be able to take them through the life cycle(if all turn out to be female)?

Also have 1 bigish extractor pc fan and 2 smaller ones bringing new air in. Circulating the air inside with a usb powered mini fan.

Yes. I'm using 4 42w CFLs for my current grow. you might want to top and/Or LST though, your plants will definitely outgrow that box. Having all 4 plants in there, you might want to get more lights. Rule of thumb is ~100w per plant. You can still just use those, but you'll yield way less from all 4 plants than you would from just one under that lighting.

well 4000K is`t the best Kelvin as it produce a majority of yellow light, 5000-6500K will work better for you in veg as it have a bigger majority of Blue light and 2700-3000K will work better in flowering as it have a majority of Red, tho a mix of em also work great (I run 4x6500 and 2x2700K in my Veg fixture, should I flower with it I would swap 2 of the 6500K with two more 2700K

but maybe with a few 2700K CFLs to support em in flower could work

I used only 2700k all through veg, and didnt add a 65 until the last week. I had no problems with stretching or anything else. Growth was satisfyingly vigorous. I'm sure the 4000k will be just fine, its like dead in the middle of 27 and 65.

Thanks for the responses. Plants look a bit sickly. Definitely overnuted the poor things. Flushed them out though and FIMed them. Hopefully they come back to life.
After they recover from the fim, you should definitely put them in their own pots. Eventually, one of them will dominate the pot and the other will weaken and die. Just be very gentle when seperating the root ball.

After the transplants, if you do them, wait a couple days for them to get settled before flipping.. but flip soon! I'd look into scrog if you don't have a lot of height/light.
