4 weeks from seed + rep

My babies are 31 days old now from seed and have been looking good but some of the plants have been growing substantially slower than the other ones. My favorite plant is also having some issues with burn. Not sure if its nute burn, being too close to the light, or heat. Help me out!

to me man it looks like heat stress. maybe those lights are too close. im not to sure about those lights on how close to keep them to the plant. but it def looks like it. dont take my word for it but thats what i think

Can you give us a little more info. What are you temps? What nuts are you using if any? Need a little more to help.

It looks like nute burn to me. They should be recieving half to quarter strength nutes right now. Remeber a little is alot. Let it dry out a lil then flush it with three times the amount of the pot with fresh water. After it drys out start with a light nute mixture.
Looks like a nice indica.

Im using 80% MG African Violet mixed with 20% MG Perlite. Haven't started using any nutes on them yet. They are only 30 days old. I just bought some Canna Terra Flores and Superthrive for my flowering stage. Check out my grow journal!

Oh yeah.. its about 80 degrees in there

nice grow man keep it up and it looks like nitrogen def. so give a little more nitrogen bro

The only affected place by the burn is at the top of one of the plants. The first fan leaves are getting a little brown at the end as well on all of them.
