Would I bet able to veg 4 plants for a month under these lights?

I got a secret jardin 2x2x3 propagator with 4 bulb 2 foot t5's.

Just trying to veg them into moms so when I finish my flowering they'll be ready to make clones, wondering if they will just sustain life under this light

Those lights would work... but I'd suggest veggin mothers and cloning them in veg... vegging, flowering, then cloning isn't really growing mothers it's just cloning flowering plants, much easier to keep in veg then trying to veg, flower, harvest, and re veg to sustain life as you put it...

What I was trying to say is I have that setup with 3 seeds, that just sprouted growing.

Was wondering if that setup and lighting is enough to sustain them for another month until my other plants are done flowering, so I can make clones of the seeds, and then flower the plants.
Then make the clones I took into mothers.

Thats exactly what you want to do so you don't have to go from seed again. I grow a 3 foot mother in a 3 gal bucket under two single 18 inch T5's, it goes slow but thats what I want. Its in loose rockwool and I just water it every 3-5 days like a houseplant with GH nutes. i rotate it under my 12/12 HPS(in and out of the room for 12 hours) to get it "going again" before I take clones for about a week and then back under the T5's. I do this only because i read they go "kinda dormant" under flouros but thats probably BS. Since I only have one I don't see how it hurts to throw it under the HPS for a week though. As long as you keep them small and top them a bunch, i don't see why four would be a problem. As long as your looking for clones just for yourself, the T5 is ideal. You don't want to be dealing with putting fans/ducting in your tent to cool a small MH or HPS light. T5's will grow a lot faster than you think, i just wouldn't want to flower under them.
You're asking if it'll sustain them, I'm kinda saying they'll overgrow your light/tent in that 60 days while your flowering. Cut the nute strength down if they start getting too big.

Yeah those lights will work for vegging. I'm gaining respect for the floros now that the T5 HO bulbs can out out 5000 lumens. (4 x 5 bulbs = 20,000 lumens) I believe I'll try them in my clone cab when I get set up again.

You clone a flowering plant, you got a small plant you gotta continue to flower. Take a clone in veg and it can get some size to it before you flip. More bud. At least thats how I see it. I agree with KMKSRH21 on that.

This is more personal feeling rather than observation, but I don't believe a plant was meant to be re-vegged any more than a kid was meant to have puberty reversed. The hormonal ravages can be pretty unsettling to say the least.

I don't think he's re-vegging, i think he just want to cut some clones and veg them while the original plants are flowering so he'll have a few small moms to clone from after a few months. That was my take on the question anyway.

I love keeping mothers, cloning, vegging under T5s. I have a couple of small cabs (36" high, 24" wide, 15" deep) that I use compact T5s in. The bulb is hard to find but they are only 21" long and at 55w put out 4,800 lumens. For mothers/clones I use only one bulb that is 6500k. When I veg I use three bulbs, two 6500k and one 2700k. The current grow link in my sig has some shots of my veg cabs.

I've actually been looking at using different bulbs in the mother/clone cab to try and get the lumens down to around 2,500.

First of all to everyone who understood me thank you, that I get what you're saying about putting them under my 12/12 hps while the lights are on to get some strong light rather just t5's.. its also good for a different kind of light too, never thought of that great idea! +rep
Alright, to elaborate to everyone this is what i'm doing :
I have a 3x3x6 flowering tent with 400W hps running 12/12 with some plants blah blah.
They are just doing their thing, i'm leaving them alone completely.
I'm trying to grow these seeds under this t5 setup WHILE my flowering tent is going,
this way when i'm done with all my flowering plants at the moment i'll have plants ready to take clones from.
My current 400W flowering tent will be turning into a VEG tent once my five plants im flowering are done.
And i'll be upgrading to either one or two 1000W lights for flowering and a 5x10x6 tent.
I was just curious, as to if the lighting I have now is able to sustain 3 plants for a period no longer than two months.
I kindof want them to grow slowly so I don't have to train them or worry about space, just wondering if this is enough to keep them healthy and alive.

thank you all :]

I am just about to pik up one of the Secret Jardin Propagator 36X24X24 wondering how the 4 bulb 2 foot t5's held up. I was planning on doing the exact same thing, same situation HAHA!!
Thinking of using a 6 bulb 2footer t5 this one. Any info would awesome let me know your experience PEACE
any heat issues, air circulation issues etc/ with the setup u used?
