4 days after fixing heat stress...What's wrong?

Three weeks into flowering. They had recent heat stress from a reflector I added, but then removed. The fan leaves are now curling down, losing color and browning around the edges. Any help? Nute problem? watering problem? Hope pics are o.k.

Anyone have any ideas? Hopefully you can see the problem in the pics. These are my first two girls for medicine and I don't want to lose them with only like 5 more weeks to go. Please help! I don't want to stress out about it if it's something simple.

Does this just help the soil breath a little better? Does it look like it's anything major?

Hi derms. Your plants are showing signs of very rich soil condition (too much fertilizer). Leaves folding in and curling under with burnt edges. its not too bad though. You should probably just flush it.

Hydrogen peroxide can be used to add oxygen to the soil. Basically its water with 2 extra molecules of oxygen. Put 1 TBLS in the last gallon of water you flush with. This can help save your plant from the water stress of the flush. After that i would let her dry for a week (depending on your RH) then start the nutes again 1/4 strength.
