4.8x2.7m set up ideas

Hey, so i have a room 4.8x2.7m and was wanting ideas on
Numbers?
How many hps light?
What size fan?
What size pots?

I want to use coco and prefer to do more smaller plants.

Anyone's thoughts nd ideas would greatly appreciated thanks in advance

Maybe @Renfro can chime in on this one. He's Mr. Pimp my entire room 2020 lol

I was thinking around 60 plants with 8-10 lights in 11ltr pots and a nice 12" out take.....
Anything better i could use,
Need the 1st set up as cheap as possible then wil upgrade to the better lights and stuff
