(4,000 Kelvin) delivers 10,000 lux at 12 inches

Looks to be 3 35watt 4000k t5 fluorescent. I do believe you still need to take it lower then 12" for penetration issue's unless your giving heat stress.

Should be fine for clones or short plants in veg. 10,000 lux at 12" really depends on how spread out (height from the floor) the lights are and the depth of the room, the farther away the light travels from your space will greatly reduce the total lux at pretty much all measurments up to approx 3"? From the bulb. There are lux or lumen apps for your phones light sensor, no they are not accurate since these developers cant calibrate one free app for 1000's of different sensors. But it will give you a general idea of what is lost through depth and height. Example, im at 30,000 lumens up to about 4" away from my bulbs. 5" 24000 lumena 6"18000/12" 7000lumens ect.
