I don't see anything that looks like contamination (not that I'm an expert.) Jar looks good to me, keep incubating

Is this jar contaminated? Or is it doing ok? Thoughts?? I feel like the initial spot where it started colonizing has turnes an off white color kind of tan like the verm..

Should i leave it in the incubator with the rest or isolate it?

Advice much appreciated

Do i want to shake it??

More concerned if it was contaminated

That is also the furthest along jar, some of them just the size of a quater.
If it s contaminated you dont want to use it anyway.

So you want to wait months or days?

Birthing jars, and putting them in the fc as ready. Hooked up a ultrasonic humidifier to the tub got extra moisture. Trying to make this as automated as possible.

Should i drill some holes in the tub for FAE? or jusy leave the lid cracked?. Theres an intake fan, aswell as a small fan inside to push the air around.

If it were me, I'd just leave the lid cracked. I also wouldn't handle the cakes without gloves on for fear of introducing something... but that might just be my aseptic technique OCD kicking in.

How long did that cake incubate before you birthed it?

Almost 6 weeks, sanatized my hands before handling. I think the lid cracked is my best bet, i think im getting a fair amount of exchangr from the humidifier tube while its not running. All cakes are showing signs of a few pins near the base. The invitro ones all survived the dunk and are doing well
