3rd week of flowering and stems are red and weak

Im not sure what's wrong with her. I've been giving it green wizard nutes at half strength with RO water with alittle calmag. I also have it in a 5 gal smart pot in potters gold soil

you can cut back on the cal/mag,looks a little to much N
