I was just wondering what you guys thought of this plant for 2 days shy of 3 weeks

there's some nute burn or burn because i sprayed water with the lights on....
these are about 2 1/2 weeks old?

i have another one that should be about the same age as that plant but it got nute burn and its been stuned for a week its starting to pick back up and i got 2 other ones that are a week younger
