its been 3 days and the tea/grass smell is dissipating slowly i can smell a hint of citrus even without touching compared to last time maybe it just needs time as theyre still soft and spongy on the inside and quite dry but not brittle on the outside

Awesome. For me herb never usually gets back quite the stank it had right when i cut it, but it will regain the nice smell and stink when broken open. Plus taste better.

Seems to me personally that the stank dank bag appeal smell is much stronger when the weed is sold wet. Only a few strains i have encountered had that knock you over smell when properly dried.

*cross fingers* hoping the tea smell will dissipate completely as i can still smell it kinda skunky+citrus+oregano but still i can smell more tea/cut grass though lol ima post pictures soon but they seem to be fluffy damnit:wall: when i harvested em they were rock hard to the touch i wonder what F-up have i done to em lol

yes it is. molasses is going to feed all the benaficials your giving to your plant. keeping everything alive and well.
get some cal mag let her use it.

@ mr. green thumb, I suggest you stop acting like a petulant child.
If you can't post in a thread without antagonizing people or trolling then you should not post at all.

issit me or do they smell abit stinky? the tea/grass smell is still there but not as much, the stinky orange+skunky peel smell are like WhhhOOOHHF to the nose! the oustide of the buds are quite dry but still spongy on the insides and the stems bend but doesnt snap and they look woody on the insides now.. should i wait a little longer or start curing them now?

quite worried about the tea/grass smell ima test smoke one later lol

It'd be nice if you kept us posted as it continues to improve. It was cool coming back to this thread to see the progression of the smell through your posts. Please keep posting updates for as long as you are curing to let us know if the grass smell goes away completely. We can use your posting dates to determine how long that took for new people.

Enjoy the smoke.

its not too late toss them bad boys in a jar and just begin a cure (more opening the jar because their wetter) but its not too late

edit: if they feel real wet after first several hours/day leave em out and repeat
A newbie? Do NOT follow this advice. Dry your weed until it's,well, DRY. THEN jar it. Read up on both. Please.

I am liking this post. I totally concur. I had made one the other day to the guy talking about that wet weed smelled stronger and I said "When I first started I thought that also but then I dried the plant as a whole and got it nice and dry before curing. Then I have sweet sticky stinky dankee doodle right off the plant."

SOMEONE who is a moderator here in the harvest & curing section seemed to think that was offensive and deleted that post along with a bunch of others. Honestly that same person should be the one giving advice :-? im sure this post will be deleted in no time though. Even though I never said her name. lol

Some of your posts were deleted because you were trying to antagonize people and get the thread closed.
The moronic posts are still here, I could show them to everyone but I think that would be a waste of my time and their time if they have to read those kind of stupid statements.
I'd rather delete your nonsense than close threads just because you can't behave.

If you can post replies without acting like a child then we have no problem.
But if you insist of acting up then we have a problem.

I'm not female btw but we do have quite a few female mods on the forums.
I guess you just got confused again or maybe you're just making stuff up again.

Either way, the discussion ends here.
If you have a problem, contact via PM, do not fill up other peoples threads just because you feel wronged.

Send for it. Certainly they have a post office in your country. Buy it on Amazon and they guarantee delivery. Grind your egg shells to dust in a blender or coffee grinder (they work best), mix with water and feed. Bone is a good source of calcium. Don't try those in the blender or grinder. But dog waste that is solid white is usually leftovers from a good bone. Seriously. Compost it first. Better yet stick to the eggshells.

thanks guys! i think i will start curing the nugs tomorrow same time as this post its like 40-60 grassy/tea vs skunky orange herbal as of now
seems too fast? since i live in the equator the temps & RH always fluctuates from 25-32C & 50-70% yea its unstable and i think i dried it too fast on the 1st day as the mini fan i think is abit overkill for the cab even facing the wall, i would love to post pictures but right now i really cant as our situation is unstable too lol

will keep you guys updated and i havent smoke tested it yet i will control myself until after the cure lol

btw w/c is better? i have about a gram of trimmings and im thinkin about makin butter or kief.. hmm... cant decide yet
i effed this plant up coz ive grown it not researching first about autos, made a big mistake by not transferring it right away to its permanent pot, i started with 350ml cups then to 1g then 3g wish ive read on autos before growin it but. lesson learned.

day 5, will jar them up later:hump: they are pretty much dry now but still spongy on the inside, ive cut them from the branch/es earlier and the stems arent brittle but woody, its about 20-80 grass/tea VS skunky orange peels wish me luck! the cab doesnt smell grassy anymore and it reeks of that nice overwhelming citrusy skunky smell with a bit of tea
