32hrs to flower?

i think the suggested time of darkness from veg to flower is 12hrs.
well, i wanted to try to get my flowing light schedule to coincide with my off peak time considering electricity, which my plants vegging time didn't.
the lights went out 3 hours ago. so to get to my wanted time frame i'd have to put them in flower in 5 more hours, or wait 'till tomorrow at 9pm to start up the flower light schedule?
8 or 32 hours to flower?
or should i keep them dark for only 12, assuming i won't be saving a 'ton' of money regarding off peak electric times.

keep them dark for 32hours, this can help jump start flowering and being able to confirm sex a little sooner .

i give mine 36hr dark before i switch to 12 12 just be carefull how low your temps drop ideally nothing below 20C.
