315 cmh in 2x4 tent?

Hey all, I have no experience with cmh. I want to upgrade my mom/clone tent and was considering cmh. Im running a 250 w bank of t5's now.

I used to use one in a 4x4 for veg in summer. Great lights.

What were the temps like in the 4x4?

Yeah fine but my climate is moderate and my fans fairly big for the size tent.

Will be hotter than the 250w your using at the moment though.

Just a matter of how much airflow you use and how much temp rise from ambient you can afford to rise by.
