thnx!

uber stretchy, and i suppose.... if you knew how big of a pain in the ass it is lol!

that one is 6ish. thats prolly 47 days ish. its starting to fluoresce too. that one has a peppery blue smell. i dont wanna say berry cause it doesnt have any tang to it. its a very rounded blue gummy peppery smell. if that makes sense lol.

uhh just so you know jogro, 303 shut down their global production facility today! they still have some meltdown up at TSD at the moment and they said they were gonna do one more drop over at TSD to clear out their global stock. they are going to concentrate fully on CO come january.

gimme a sec and il get the pic brb

without topping they grew into perfect little pine tree's and then stretched good going into flower. mostly anyway. one pheno as you can see isnt very stretchy.

Guess the breeder wasn't joking when he said "she stretches like a sativa, but finishes quickly in just over 7 weeks".

If that's right, you should be chopping in just a week or so.

ya pretty quik. im gonna start flushing next water. i hit them with 700 ppm tonight mostly K. all 4 that are at 47 days or so are all showing some nice milky trichs. i havent found a single amber yet but i can tell they are on their way.

it looks like its gonna be a dream to trim too. as long as the buzz comes out even a little bit like they describe il be happy. they were honest as could be about its growth habits like you said, so im excited!

Nice work HGK! I've got a friend who just finished some Meltdown and he describes the high as being pretty stony. He said it dropped his IQ significantly. He just grew one plant and sounds like it was Bubblegum leaning. Smelled like Bazooka Joe.

Good luck on the finish...

Killing it as always HGK.

So is 303 done for or is it just a hiatus?
They are only ceasing international production/sales. Because of the tricky legality situations, breeders who were in Colorado and wanted to retail internationally were not allowed to grow beans for this purpose here in CO. This unreasonably complicates things, and so 303 will be continuing production here in CO. 303 actually just expanded their CO breeding program, and I'm pretty sure they will be going better than ever. Unfortunately, at least for a while you will have to either get their beans from Colorado yourself, or from nice people in Colorado who don't mind mailing things. I doubt it will be permanent, but if you want 303 gear and need to use a seedbank to get it, I wouldn't miss out on that Seed Depot drop coming up.

Thanks Clankie for the update. Haven't had the chance to try 303 but have been wanting to.

Couple years all this nonsense will be a distant memory.

This much is true. Hopefully reason and progression will erode the bullshit.
I would definitely give 303 a try. So far all I have run from them personally has been their Aurora Project, which did give me some great old school northern lights plants. Still have one, huge yields of frosty mostly indica buds. I have seen plenty of their grows around the state, though, and elsewhere, anything with the Biodiesel in it will be dank. The guys at 303 are good guys who are working to create good cannabis hybrids for every kind of cannabis user, and I like the way they rep this state, and the fine genetics and growers we have here.

How was the NL? I almost pulled the trigger more than once but didn't. Kind of regretting it now.
While I'm not an old, I'm also not a young. I feel like I missed out on these classic strains. Back when I started smoking, the best around was some good beasters from Canada (above mexi shwag). Shit, we knew a guy who once a month would get a lb shipped to him from Cali . Some old school strains would come through but we'd end up paying $60-$75 an eighth.

Would love to know I had some old head smoke and be able to experience some of the quintessential cannabis of the days.

ETA did you make ceeds or was it not worth it/of yoir interest?

we all need to go to CO this upcoming year and spend as much money as possible, ive already started saving. this is the first time we get a chance to speak their language. $$$$$$$

lets go make it loud and clear just how accepted and profitable this is without hurting anyone.

like seriously even if you just go spend a bunch of money of something you could buy her and have it sent back somehow.... i know its a PAIN but its that important. every dollar that gets spent in CO in 2014 is a vote cast FOR legalized MJ. I plan on voting several thousand times. im gonna be buying a new camera in january and i figure why not just fly out there to buy it and help out! have some fun in the meantime!

And its CO for gods sake. not like its detroit!

I didn't keep males from that run in particular, although I regretted it after it was over. I got a couple christmas tree style NL plants that had a more citrus note, this would include the one that I kept, and then I also got a few spear shaped plants that had a very pleasing and refreshing menthol taste to them. Unfortunately, the menthol didn't emerge until after I had chopped and discarded the clones from those. During the grow they had very, very little smell at all; while the citrus sisters were very pleasing. This was from the original Aurora Project CO only release, the three old school Colorado NL clones crossed to a male from Bodhi's noof NL x NL release.

I still have my keeper, and have been collecting male pollen, so there's probably something in store for the future there. I ran out of RKU F1 pollen, and I was going to use some of my Goji pollen on it until Bodhi actually beat me to that same thing. The upcoming females for pollination though will most likely be Blue Dream haze clone and some of my RKU F2s, with pollen from my nicest male RKU F2s, very tk-dom Love Triangle, and maybe a Dream Beaver, just so I can make some Dreamy Blue Beavers. I also might use the Dream Beaver to knock up my LA Confidential (from the original reg seed release) cut and call it Mulholland Drive. The Aurora Project NL will get her turn, she is tasty and yields very well.

I will second the vote for 303 Aurora. I ran the Citrus pheno mom (got a cut from 303 crew) and it was stellar. I didn't keep it back though because I got PM in my room from another cut. The NL#5 was the only strain out of 4 that showed no signs of PM though.

I've got Dank #5 (Dank Sinatra x NL#5) on deck for next Summer outdoor.

See this is why I love this community! Everyone is so helpful. I almost pulled the trigger on it and really regret not buying the "Happy Pack" .
What turned me on to 303 was two things.

First, even though I'm still fairly New to growing cannabis, I knew the Dutch ceeds I was getting had quality control issues. Between unimpressive strains, wildly variable phenotypes, and stains not matching descriptions, I've lost interest in them. Plus it seems you have to really, really search for a "winner". Having a small garden kinda prevents me from running x #s of plants just to find a keeper. I can't spend 3-4 months on subpar cannabis. Some may have been user error/learning curve, but I have taken corrective actions and genetics play a huge part.
Secondly my interest in 303 was prompted by seeing he was using some of Bodhis cuts/stock. I figure even if it isn't a proper collaboration, 303 not only indicated where genetics came from but gave due props. It isn't chasing the "strain of the month" do to speak.

While OT any other breeders which are US and if quality both with genetics and ethics?

I am hoping you saw the message in another place about the dirty room Dank Sinatra & Black Triangle drop that should be happening soon.
I also have a pack of those Dank #5s, but I shelved them when I got a really excellent cut of LA Confidential.
If you want a new company worth keeping an eye on, I would think about Crunch Status Confirmed....
Workingman's Dank will be expanding their line soon, now that testing has wrapped up (I think) on the Appalachia F3s.
There's good things popping up all over these days.

got to try my first meltdown. i have very sore legs most of the time and as i type this they are not! I've been running in circles for my 4 month old and this is the perfect stuff to take a couple puffs on when i finally get her down at night. description is legit!

kinda has a northern lights taste to it. idk how to explain it. not very blueberry or bubble gummy but kinda fruity with a kick of blue pop rocks? it really has this like fireworks to the flavor. idk how to explain it. this is with 0 cure and less then a week off the vine. literally first day possible to grind it up and i had to try it. if the flavor comes out any more il be very hard pressed to get rid of it.

this is just my first pheno of 6, the blueberry smelling ones gotta come down yet. i got a big boy thats getting this THC hashy smell to it. it started off peppery but its coming out nice.

more reports and pics to come.
