3 weeks into budding, going outdoor should i transplant?

I am 3 weeks into budding indoors LEDs 600 watts in 5 gallons pots. I am planning to go Outdoors my question is would it be wise to transplant in the ground? Or should i just leave it in the pot?? Im on the shoot for max yield and outdoor sun beats any indoor lights.

how big is your plant ,

rule of thumb ( 1 gal per foot )

if your plant is doing fine and growing good you could leave it in the 5 g

if it seems like its slowing down like maybe starting to get root bound or something

then yea go ahead and transplant it into the ground our a bigger container like 10 g

just dont cause it to much stress !!
