Looks pretty normal for using CFLs. I would up the light cycle to 24/0 or 20/4 to get the most of the CFLs. And keep them within a couple of inches of the plant.......

I grow with cfls and after 3 weeks above ground it should be much bigger...Looks about 8-9 days old imo
yeah what he said. probably no reflectors on your bulbs and the wrong spectrum.
These seedlings are 14 days old under a single 15 wattt 6500 K cfl.

Ok ur right no reflectors on at the moment I'm building as u go along. So is it to small or about right I'm little cofused lol the lights are bout 10-13 inch away from.plant straight from seed like I said n very first attempt at this so any advice would b greatly appricated to make things better.
And would switching to 24 light damage the babe after this much growth?

Your lights are too far away...get them about 1-2" away...you'll see nothing but stretch having such low powered CFL's 10-13" away man...get em nice and close and remove the heat...you'll have to adjust daily, and build a reflector from soda cans or something :D

You def need daylight. I keep my 3 26w CFL's 10 inch away. I would have not put them in such a huge pot, you want the roots to fill up the space it has, then it grows up. Then you switch to a bigger pot, it grow more roots, then grows up. Constant cycle. Give it some food if your not already also. Let her grow!

Too..far..away...

You want CFL's as close as you can get them without burning...if you have to keep 26watt CFL's 10" from the plant you've got some severe heat issues that you need to investigate...CFL's exponentially lose potential the further away you get, and its even more detremental with lower powered CFL's like the normal household bulbs you are using. Get em close, keep em close, you'll have shorter, bushier plants, and denser, bigger buds in the end. 10" above a plant with CFL's makes them stretch like a mofo.

2.5 weeks old. light above 10 inches.

Plants grow fast, as long as you know all other aspects are perfect so they dont waste time trying to make up for the mess ups.
